Next installment of Nerdy level pets gaining 100xp :p
Running P/S your Chitterspine Deepstalker can die early; actually saving you a turn (I run this strat) BUT it has a very small chance Pulsating Maggot will die from crits and low rolls before getting off Burst (hasn't happened to me so far). Rounds 10-12, 1:13 to 1:23 |

Using the pets from Folklore's strategy:- Link - but in a different order.
I passed this through the sim tool 100 times (10,000 battles) and the success rate is ~99.35%. This strat can work with an H/B Val'kyr, but there is slightly more RNG as the H/B is the same speed as Rockbiter. |

Still works in 9.0. It's an 11 round fight and usually takes 1:10 to 1:15
The Rattlejaw can be substituted with most Undead pets, especially ones with Ghostly Bite such as Restored Revenant, Ghastly Rat, Ghostly Skull, and Blighthawk. |

Depending on RNG, the order might change slightly. The script will always 100% guarantee a win.

Pets with power lower than 277 work in slot #3;
but they will add 1 round, 8 seconds. You can instead put a level pet in slot #3; it'll add 2 rounds, 22 seconds (script will work). |

My first strat added to Xu-Fu since I quit WoW at the end of BfA.
This works best with a P/S Starlette in slot#2, although other breeds do have high success rates. For this reason I have set the parameters to P/S. The second Starlette can be almost anything else, as long as it can take out Acidtooth. I added it because with a random pet in slot#3, there was a 0.01% chance of losing. I passed it through the sim tool 100 times (10,000 battles) and it has 100% success rate, and as expected, only 1 battle longer than 17 rounds (that 0.01%). I understand that the fight has not been mapped for the sim yet, but out of 10,000 variations, there will be a fair number with the accurate enemy script. I love that Aranesh's sticky comment at the bottom says "cookie-cutter pets don't cut it here." Yes. Yes they do, Aranesh. Anyway. It's nice to be back, baby! XD |

Rough on the edges, this stony trio is a bit more difficult and the cookie cutter pets don't cut it here. You will find some strange combos being used in different guides.

Only 50 xp so wasn't really worth it. Without bonuses of course.
Maybe just good rng today :-)
Thanks for the strat.

1) Use deep bite x2
2) Once Rockbiter dives, use shell armor
3) Use deep bite until he dies
4) When stonechewer comes out, use deep bite
5)When he casts shell armor, you cast it too
6) Spam deep bite until he's dead
7)Use deep bite as a filler on acidtooth, using shell armor when it's up
8) This strat worked for me 30 times in a row, so I'm sure it will work for you!
*helpful note - if the enemy is below 25% hp, use swallow you whole instead of deep bite
HPs are as follows: rockbiter 451, stonechewer 370, acidtooth 390

Graves is indeed a very powerful pet, but it is a long grind to get it for those not into HotS (like me^^). I tend to not include pets that are very hard to get as much as possible, so I'm not going to include the strategy here. Sorry if it's a disappointment, but if you have any other suggestions for teams or strategies, I'm always super happy to try them out!

Hydraling with Deep Bite, Swallow you Whole, and Shell Shield (Shell Shield on round 3 and on CD thereafter, Swallow when opponent is below 25%) solos or nearly solos this trio. Running the numbers quickly, depending on breed and a little RNG, it's not guaranteed to solo, but at worst it will leave the the the third pet at low health.
