Players must first complete Abby Lewis' quests Teddies and Tea and Kitty? before this pet will appear on the vendor. Alliance players will have a continuance of the chain, but you should only need to find Smoochums for the quest and turn it in for the pet to appear on the vendor. This can be done by either faction.

Before going to find Nigel: You need to grab 10 Tirasreli Gourmet Chocolate.

Horde: Golkada found in Scaletrader Post, Zuldazar (If Xun Xun below is not Neutral to you)
Neutral Vendor: Xun Xun Sweetflower found in Anyport, Drustvar

Once you have 10 chocolates, head to Drustvar (right above the "F" in Fallhaven) - /way #896 52.2 31.6 Nigel Rifthold

Walk into the treehouse and click the chest twice. Nigel will then appear outside as a vendor.
