As the pet journal suggests, you need to bring something pungent with signs of spoilage, that is Pungent Vrykul Gamalost.

Thanks to Ironskin being very strong, and decent health, this is one of better flyers to keep the racial up without an excessive micromanagement.
231 damage prevented means that all Beast (weak) abilities dealing 231:0,66=350 or less core damage will do no harm, effectively cancelling most of the bunch including a standard Bite.

Falcosaur Swarm!, present in all 4 falcosaurs, is somewhat OP, and a fair alternative to rabbits for debuffing with a follow-up, as ending with Predatory Strike can be very potent.
