Didn't work for me, Ikky died to soon and didn't hit Sir Murkeston.
Was finally able to do it with this setup with a little different tactic:

Turn 1: Predatory Strike
Turn 2: Pass
Turn 3: Ironskin
Turn 4+5: Falcosaur Swarm
Turn 6: Predatory Strike
Turn 7: Pass
Turn 8 --> Black Claw
Turn 9+10+11 --> Flock
Turn 12 --> Flock (Ikky dies, not killing Greatest Foe, Owl swaps in)
Turn 13 --> Savage Talon (kills Greatest Foe)
Turn 14: Call Darkness
Turn 15 Nocturnal Strike
Turn 16 Savage Talon
