7	Any Level 1+ Pet	Thordros#1784	This is my attempt at eliminating most of the randomness surrounding Wumpas stunning you with Headbutt, while still keeping a low kill time (<80 seconds). Although there are other bots with the same moveset, the P/P and P/S bots are the only ones that can reliably kill both Thrugtusk and Wumpas in 7 rounds. There is an extremely rare edge case where Thrugtusk can get insanely lucky crits and kill your Warbot (including the Mechanical phase!) before dying. The TD Script will attempt to salvage the fight with your Darkmoon Tonk, and does so successfully 75% of the time—the other 25%, Wumpas will stun you with Headbutt and you're very unlikely to win. This is THE strat for this fight. I had some powerleveling to do, and over 20 fights, it never failed a single time (unlike the rotten little helper strat, which seemed a coin toss at best). (edited)

Had better consistency with a Warbot instead of Lil' Bling.
Minefield>Rocket x2>Missile x1 or 2>Wumpus In>Rocket x2>Baeloth In>Continue with strat from here. (Works even if stunned by Headbutt, just start Rockets as soon as you can.)

This is a confirmed RNG-free solution to this fight. I had no failures in 13 attempts today (including one where I had to double Missile on Thrugtusk, and Wumpas stunned my Warbot). Here's an import string and TD Script you can use:

Little bit of RNG on the second pet. Worked perfect 3-4 times. 3rd time I had to finish the second pet with my leveling pet who was fortunately lvl 23 already. The 25% stun chance seems to be the primary variable.

For me Darkmoon Tonk was always very unreliable on this fight so i suggest replacing it with Darkmoon Zeppelin.
The strat below is more or less fully reliable unless you have pissed off the RNG Gods somehow :).

Turn 1- Extra Plating

Turn 3- Inflation

if Thrugtusk fails to die:
- Extra Plating
- Make it Rain (Thrugtusk dies)
Wumpas comes in.
- Inflation (your pet dies)

Turn 1- Bombing Run

Just a little follow up:
After over 30 or so fights this strat finally failed once due to really bad RNG. Thrugtusk died but Inflation or Missile dmg rolled really bad which offset the strat. Wumpas managed to heal, one extra Missile was needed, Bombrun went off, Zepp took 1 turn extra dmg and didn't have enough life to finish last pet.

Overall this strat worked 99% of the time and still recommend it as an alternative to this one.

Too unreliable, getting stunned was often a death sentence. It might work for you first try, but is frustrating to use as a pet levelling team.

This is a great fight to level 2 pets at once. I use an Iron Starlette H/P with windup, toxic smoke and explode. Use toxic smoke, windup, toxic smoke, windup and explode. I have 3 teams setup and as long as you don't fight Rydyr you can fight Andrys repeatedly. Using a pet biscuit I can usually level 2 pets to max within 10-12 battles.

My problem was I was always killing Thrugtusk too quickly. So Extra Plating wouldn't be off cooldown and that plus shattered defenses equals welcome to failsafe land as soon as Wumpas does his headbutt. But the rest of it goes as advertised.

Other loss can be if your 80% hitchance Make it Rain misses twice on Wumpas. In that case he doesn't start healing, but water jets down your LilBling instead and you have to start over. So there are some RNG elements to this. I had it fail 3 times in a row just now, but other times RNG was king to me and did it in 1 go.

If Bling doesn't crit at some point, or if Wumpas's stun lands, it's GG. You'll do enough damage to leave about 11 health for Wumpas's last heal.

This tactic works well, 1 in 10 times today Wumpas killed Lil' Bling but my Tonk still finished fine without needing the stun to hit (sometimes I used make it rain then extra plating on round 2 , didn't seem to make much difference), so you'll have to be pretty unlucky to lose the fight.

Use Emerald Proto-Whelp (1/2/2). He can solo the fight. Just keep Emerald Presence up, Breath as filler, and Dream when you get to 600 hp. Always keep at least 3 stacks of Emerald Presence up when you Dream. Make sure you don't have less than 3 stacks of Emerald Presence on Dinner, his Kiss ability can hurt if it lands.

This works, but it can be scary. Wumpas can kill Lil' Bling, which leaves you to kill him off with the Tonk. On one fight, only a lucky stun off Shock and Awe on Baeloth saved the match for me.

Currently using Strat 1 to work on some leveling with a toon that hasn't unlocked WQs yet. For reference, I slotted a level 1, which got 3988 xp (with the Safari Hat), which brought it from 1 to 11. Second pet, level 8-14.

I skipped the second Exposed Wounds and just kept Battering. That fixed the problem for me.

Diese Taktik kann leider fehlschlagen. Kling Bling ist bei mir grade gegen Wumpas schon gestorben. Es klappte dann aber weiter mit dem Dunkelmond-Panzer (2x Rakete).
