ran through this fight twice, and each time, the idol would be dead before the 2nd pet was dead - so I had to get created with it, and heal my proto whelp several times for both the 2nd and 3rd pets. It worked, but I may have gotten lucky.

idk why you have low rating, but for me worked perfectly. Managed to kill all 3 with just anubis. This should be a lesson not to judge by rating and just try it out...TY

I didn't have any of the Emerald dragon pets, so I used Discarded Experiment with Spiked Skin instead of Emerald Presence and it worked like a charm!

I modified this strategy a bit, adding Sandstorm to reduce damage taken, making swap-in of level pet conditional on level, and preventing Idol from soloing the entire enemy team. This works for me, with a PP Emerald Proto-Whelp. I've used this a couple of times with level pets as low as lvl 4, but that is a bit RNG-dependant. Here's the script I'm using:

Using Steve's advice, I used Sandstorm whenever possible, Deflection to safely fill in time before Sandstorm was ready and Crush all the rest of the time, and soloed Brok with just Anubisath. Thanks Steve.

If you are trying to level a pet instead just swap in 3rd pet when you know you have it at the end. worked perfectly. Idol took down all three.

I didn't even need the proto whelp with this strategy. Idol did it solo. If the idol survives until the last pet it's easy. With sandstorm up, the last pet was constantly missing while the idol healed a little with every hit.
