Another where I'm not sure about the origin of the strat. Probably Wowhead.
This strat can also be used to level pets >L7 instead of the Plushie with noted mod. Any time your pet gets stunned just pass and keep to the sequence and you'll be fine. |

Here is a perfect strategy to level up a battle pet or to beat him with Elekk Plushie in your team for An Awfully Big Adventure |

The strategy as follows assumes that Grizzle opens up the fight using Rampage.
If he instead opens with Bash (stunning XT), you can either forfeit, or keep going (pass the stun turn and follow the strat). If you keep going, keep in mind you might need to adapt, as XT will take more damage than intended and die sooner on Beakmaster, and Starlette might not be able to finish Beakmaster on its own. Either way, you should be able to finish Beakmaster with Surge from the crab in this case. |

See, officially this is a Plushie section, not levelling section, and while I've aired a few for both purposes, this one might be too complex to be released for such a flimsy one ^^
Kind of yoinked from Koru, which was yoinked from wowhead, which was yoinked… |

Fight is long and might fail pending on poor RNG with your Bee hits. Done with a HB Bee.
Inspired by Tirgatt's strategy. I didn't had the right pet so i looked for other possible ones. |

In my experience, when people leave a short "It didn't work" note, they usually made a mistake. Maybe they used a pet with the wrong Speed, maybe they didn't do a Pass where it was indicated, sometimes they were even using the team and strat from a completely different battle. :)
Sometimes there genuinely is a problem with the strat. This is where the Curators and others come in, checking the strat for weaknesses, and fixing it or removing it if it can't be fixed.
Since most failure reports with no details are wrong, it's not good to waste people's time investigating them. Instead, help them by providing the information they need.
If the strat failed for you, and you want your comment to be taken seriously:
1. Specify EXACTLY which species and breeds you used.
2. Specify whether you read the strategy from the site and executed it manually, or downloaded and used the tdScript.
3. Specify EXACTLY where the first unexpected thing happened, the first thing that deviated from what the strat predicts. What died too early? What didn't die when it was supposed to? What attack missed?
4. If possible, provide a log. You can see your log in the Pet Battle tab of your chat box. You can pull that out, make it bigger, screenshot it. Better still, you can use the addon Battle Pet Log Keeper from Curseforge, and do /pblk and Save Battle when the battle you want to log is complete.
Almost any strat can fail to a really unlucky string of crits, and some difficult challenge strats like the Family ones may fail more than anyone likes, but the people behind this site do their best to promote well-working strats. Do your part. Provide useful information.

The stun from the bear Grizzle may derail the number of rounds, but following the sequence works great, and it's not close.
For clarity, I would add a note to Pass if stunned,
I would replace "Turn 3-5 SMCKTHAT.EXE" with "SMCKTHAT.EXE until Grizzle dies."
I would replace "Turn 3+ SMCKTHAT.EXE; Bling usually dies here." with "Turn 3+ SMCKTHAT.EXE until Lil' Bling dies"

Submit a second strategy if you'd like to differentiate between a leveling and non-leveling strategy.
The following changes to the script fixes the things I mentioned:
standby [self.aura(Stunned).exists]
use(983) [enemy.round > 2]
use(392)
use(985)
change(#3) [self(#1).dead]
use(310) [!self.aura(309).exists]
use(123) [self.hpp<50]
use(509)
The script (and strategy) could be optimized even further, but these were the simplest changes to make.

Also, the script worked great for me until Bloom comes in. I'm not sure if this is due to being stunned or not for a round. It goes to use Plating, but my Bling is about to die, so I use #3 instead to get that extra damage. I also removed the change lines in it, since I didn't care to have my Elekk come in. When Bloom is down to it's last hit, the script wants to use Shield on my crab. So instead, I manually push #1. Other than that, strat works great! (edited)

I would suggest making this a bit more consistent with the other Awfully Big Adventure strategies; i.e. actually have the Plushie in slot 2 and have it show in the Rematch string. Also, a bit more verbage around specific turns, i.e. SMCKTHAT.EXE is actually turns 3-5 against Grizzle, no need for the "level pet" to swap in, etc.
Admittedly cosmetic, I know. What are we, if not OCD pet battlers? ;)
