I don't do tdScript, but reading what I see, I can tell that you are right - that scrript will never cast Scratch on Round 6 because it will always hit

first, so will never get to
ability(#1)
It will just keep casting Stampede after R2, except in rounds where its Ice Tomb count is 2, which I imagine will never happen after R2.
