I see you have a P/S Inland Croaker and it is absolutely amazing for this strat. I even have another slight variation where I don't care about level pet but MPDis there just in case :p

There is a 1/200 chance it goes wrong and I haven't worked out the alternative plan YET but I will... eventually :p

I also didn't have the right Gulper, but I was able to use Father Winter's Helper, which had enough speed and damage. I'm not sure if that has multiple breeds available. I believe mine is BB (edited)

Very nice strat with the Croaker having the ability to solo.
Approaching 200-0 with this strat. In almost 10% of these fights, Croaker dies early. Croaker usually dies early due to critting and killing AI early. If my level pet were not high enough level to finish the Tiger Cub, it would have failed on just one attempt.

I have since changed my script to prioritize Thunderbolt if Mechanical Pandaren Dragon is active getting 30%+ damage on the Cub, while always finishing the enemy MPD. (edited)

So basically in the one where it didn't go so well, Croaker died early, MPD died to crits as well? Did you use Thunderbolt to finish AI and do some extra damage on STC?

I theorized this but never actually saw it happen (The multi-round ability would have to crit I believe), so didn't want to run some numbers as I was working on different variant which didn't quite work as well as I hoped.

That was what happened. The loss of the stun on AI hurt the croaker, causing it to die early to enemy MPD. A crit on my MPD and a high range breath had it in trouble early. The STC finished it. Since that time I had used Thunderbolt in the few fights where the enemy MPD was up the same time mine was. In those cases, the enemy MPD was always pushed into the mech round so it was a finishing blow. A breath and an explode til victory.

Yeah a B/B has the correct damage just is outspeed by a couple so means they will get off an extra attack etc on you.

On rare occasions, while testing I noticed that sometimes Curse of Doom manages to miss (1 out of 10). If you are lucky your 1st pet can survive and deal additional damage to 2nd enemy pet.
