In 10.1.5 I had to complete ALL FOUR abbreviated artifact chains and then a mission at the table before I was able to talk to Leafbeard the Storied and research Evergreen [Tier 2] - I was wondering what I was doing wrong but you just need to keep moving forward til all 4 artifact weapons are in your bags.

That Wowhead comment is not accurate. I'm currently going for Broot and Lasher. I'm playing a Feral Druid and got a single legendary, the Fangs of Ashaman. I progressed trough all the quests, got access to Leafbeard, bought Evergreen. Been doing missions. I did all that at level 15, so also no need to level very high, it's been pretty easy. All you have to do is quest through The Eternal Dream storyline. Once you get the Rise Champions quest, you're on the correct track.

I just planted my first two seeds in the two evergreen plots about 30 minutes ago. From what I read and can check them in 3 days for Broot and Lasher, and replant if I don't get them immediately.
