I think this pet combo and strategy is missing a filler attack step to better align the reapplication of Dodge to survive longer: My suggestion for the beginning of the fight:
Priority 1: Dodge (keep up)
Priority 2: Flurry {if 1 turn from Dodge cooldown)
Priority 3: Stampede
I did not need the last suggested ability combo, but I guess it's still a valid clean up if RNG kills the first two pets.
