Mana Flare is very strong. Too strong, in fact. The tooltip has a wrong reference and the ability deals 586 damage per hit.

The best outcome you can get is if you're faster and can trigger Dragonkin racial for one of the rounds. For example, you get a flyer to kill itself, then deal more damage to the second pet with the racial triggered.
