Worked flawlessly with an S/B Sister. Took 2 stuns but the hit he threw that killed her came at the same time as her Curse of Doom went off so I didn't even need the 2 backup pets I put in.

This is RNG. Put decent pets in the other slots that are strong against humanoids. Here's a script for the strat:
