BUT 2x Chrominius needed! Chrominius is very easy to get and one of the cheapest Pets ingame, so this should not be a Problem at all! |

Simple magic dragon setup.
Due to identical ability loadouts, Nexus Whelpling and Stormborne Whelpling are interchangeable. In most cases, you won't even need Chrominius, but if Moth Dust puts Nexus Whelpling to sleep on Turn 1, you'll need him to clean up. If you would prefer to restart if Sleep hits, replace the "change" command at the top of your TD Script with the following: quit [self.aura(Asleep:498).exists] Changelog 5/13/21: Posted some refinements to the TD script including a line to additionally cast "Arcane Storm" if "Toxic Fumes" is usable. Also reformed the strat into a priority list. Thanks to DragonsAfterDark for the suggestion. |

Despite the RNG of the moth, this strategy has never failed me - even when put to sleep twice!
However, if you do get put to sleep twice, the steps taken will need to be altered slightly - Dream Whelpling can still kill the moth even when put to sleep twice, but will die to the wasp before you can use any attacks. If this happens, bring in your Dread Hatchling to kill the wasp with Call Darkness > Nocturnal Strike > Shadow Talon. Then continue with the remaining steps of the normal strategy (Arcane Storm > Surge of Power) to annihilate the last enemy pet. |

Still checking on RNG with the Bronze Whelp, probably won't stand up to crits, but it's pretty quick at 9 rounds if you have the breeds for the pets.

The RNG aspect of this comes from how many times you get hit by Moth Dust and on what turns.
Would love some feedback on what a 3rd mechanical pet could be so this team could count towards the achievement. |

Only had H/P Muck Slug, couldn't test other breeds vs. Moth Balls RNG. With this critter, I avoid being put to sleep, but there's still a chance for an early death to multiple critical Moth Balls or zero of them missing.
Fight will take 11 rounds if Needlenose's Toxic Fumes doesn't kill Muck Slug because most of the Moth Balls missed.. |

My first strategy and script, might be a little messy! Adapted from others that use Chrominius/Whelps, but with a 3rd pet I had.
Wins consistently for me in testing, even if Star Tail's Moth Dust sleep connects on turn 1. Tested only using a rare P/S Wild Etherwyrm; results may vary with other types. |

This will usually be won in 8 or 9 rounds, but if you get unlucky and the Emerald Proto-Whelp has to come out, the Emerald Proto-Whelp has about a 50% chance to still save you.

What breed of Nexus are you using?
The third pet here is misleading. It's specified as any Magic pet, but the intention isany pet with Magic damage.
If you have a Chrominius, try it in the third slot. If you don't, consider getting one - it's one of the Most Used Pets https://www.wow-petguide.com/Guide/58/Most_Used_Pets so it will be a good investment!

When that damage is at the higher end, Nexus Whelpling dies in Round 4, so I don't even get to fire the second Arcane Storm
When that round 1 damage is at the lower end, I can select Arcane Storm in Round 5, but my speed is lower than Needlenose's 498 so he goes first. Nexus Whelpling health is always below 500 at this point, and so when the enemy fires off an attack, the 514 kills Nexus Whelpling.
