The steps are correct but the script is not importing the proper setup for the first pet. (I should have checked it to make sure). Might need a bit of tweak, but the strat is good and I was successful after I followed the steps manually instead of auto.

The sim evaluates this strat as successful 80% of the time. Therefore it works, most of the time. We see three comments below saying that it works. If that 80% is accurate, the chance that it failed 4 times in a row is 1 in 625 ... if done correctly.

In my experience, when people leave a short "It didn't work" note, they usually made a mistake. Maybe they used a pet with the wrong Speed, maybe they didn't do a Pass where it was indicated, sometimes they were even using the team and strat from a completely different battle. :)

Sometimes there genuinely is a problem with the strat. This is where the Curators and others come in, checking the strat for weaknesses, and fixing it or removing it if it can't be fixed.

Since most failure reports with no details are wrong, it's not good to waste people's time investigating them. Instead, help them by providing the information they need.

If the strat failed for you, and you want your comment to be taken seriously:

1. Specify EXACTLY which species and breeds you used.

2. Specify whether you read the strategy from the site and executed it manually, or downloaded and used the tdScript.

3. Specify EXACTLY where the first unexpected thing happened, the first thing that deviated from what the strat predicts. What died too early? What didn't die when it was supposed to? What attack missed?

4. If possible, provide a log. You can see your log in the Pet Battle tab of your chat box. You can pull that out, make it bigger, screenshot it. Better still, you can use the addon Battle Pet Log Keeper, and do /pblk and Save Battle when the battle you want to log is complete.

Almost any strat can fail to a really unlucky string of crits, and some difficult challenge strats like the Family ones may fail more than anyone likes, but the people behind this site do their best to promote well-working strats. Do your part. Provide useful information.

Two issues that I had. When the Sunglow Cobra got imported, Sandstorm was not selected.
Which destroys the this pet's battle. Also, the script didn't seem to work. If you follow the steps, they work.

I haven't tested with anything besides P/P Flooftalon but I don't think the other types would have enough damage. There seems to be considerable RNG to this - if the enemy team crits at all you can't seem to win. This is also my first team I've shared here so let me know if anything is unclear! I'm honestly surprised it worked at all as the numbers and comments suggest it really shouldn't but I tried a lot of things and finally succeeded with this.
