I didn't have a lost quill levelled but no other strat worked. Quick visit to a few of the draenor pet tamers, came back with my level 25 lost quill and this strat made it easy first go.

this works but I would change one thing - push back Evanescence one round because the frog doesn't unleash pump immediately. so I went arcane, then evanescence and then amplify followed by 2 more arcanes
