New expansion, new Family Battler achievements - this time three sets!
For this one we're traversing the icy lands of Northrend.
These dailies are (currently) once per day per account, meaning it will take 10 days for people who have done the quest chain. If it's your first time through you can get it down to 9 days with all the quests.
You will be able to see all the Green Paws for the tamers on the map as long as you have Pet Battles checked in your filter.
Xu-Fu can scan this section for the most suitable strategies according to your preferences and show the required pets.
Pick a family below to check which pets you need.
Someone ping me whenever Blizz changes it from once per day to work as all other family battler NPCs work. Not going to do a world tour every day for 10 days. Not happening Blizz. Fire whatever designer thought that was a good move.
If you are doing this achievements, it's a good idea to use none LVL 80 Characters, they level so quickly doing these battles. I think I have 5 now from lvl 50-60 to 80...
For Nearly Headless Jacob, i picked the quest won the fight but it was never recorded in the Achievements log so he is still grey, and I can not pick up other fight him again. Anyone else has this issue?0 (edited)
You can only battle the trainers ONCE per day, so you need to be a bit patient with this one. there are 10 pet families, so minimum 10 days to complete this if you go do the circuit each day. Wowhead comments are also saying you CANNOT use alts to get around this. make sure you turn in the quest or the next time you show up, you'll turn in the quest and that will count as your once per day
