I was fairly lucky with the backline pets though - Green Toad and Moth.
I don't think anything has changed, but the Tanaan Fel Corruptions were always subject to RNG.

Also, I switched the Electrified Razortooth's Lightning Shield to turn 2 so it hits an extra time and Blood in the Water is still a 100% chance to hit as the Bleed is still up from Rip.
Lastly, I seem to get better results doing Emerald Presence first then Emerald Dream throughout the Tanaan Jungle fights.

I also used Scooter for the H/H health, and used Absorb in slot 1. Then use that rather than Ooze Touch, use Dive on CD, make sure to keep Shell Shield up, and Scooter can soak most all of the duration of the enemy buff. By the time the Proto-Whelp gets in it's easy mode from there. (editiert)
