I'd have to check why the sim shows that, but I am at 19/20 wins since I made the changes in Jan. I've added the RNG tag until I can confirm.

So an issue I found with the sim is that it didn't reset the Arcane Blast when it leaves, meaning per the script Emmigosa is taking at extra 105 damage. It might not sound like much but it does make a difference in being able to survive a crit and multiple Slicing winds.

I've changed Stormie to Emmigosa, removed mana surge but now "works" and is a bit quicker :p

Edit: Also swapped Chitterspine Deepstalker to Coldlight Surfrunner as it is more common (edited)

I didn't have Chitterspine Deepstalker so I used Lightless Ambusher 1 1 2 (Skitter, Pump, Whirlpool) since Prowl and Whirlpool share an ability slot on the Lightless Ambusher. Still worked like a charm! I only had to rewrite 1 line in the script to replace Prowl for Pump as follows:
