Blizzard pushed changes to this fight on Tuesday, 21 January. I've updated the steps & script to reflect the changes.

This is my first strategy and it's heavily based on the strategy from Thuggy2119. Instead of going with 2 Sky-Bos, I used a Darkmoon Zeppelin since it too has Decoy. From my understanding, you really just need 3 pets with Decoy and you'll be fine. Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling is nice because it also has Thunderbolt which is strong against Mechanical pets. This strategy negates most of the RNG. Thanks to Onuava for the TD script. This strat still works in Shadowlands.

Always keep the heal up on the first pet.
The second pet that comes in will be random you can easily adapt your fight with it. I hope i helped you and may my engllish not be too confiusing :) |

A tricky, tricky hard mode fight. Follow on your sole responsibility as these are difficult to test in 100%.
For this one, you are carried by blizzard, ignore logic and try to avert math. All lowercase right? (This strat's been created for two purposes: one wanting to do hard mode other than decoys and the other using each of "almost-favourite" pets of two people. :P It's been long in hiatus because of a mix of overdoing it and the nerfs… especially the former.) |

I cannot give a more specific move order, because it depends on the RNG from Logic and Math.
Two key points: Logic must be killed before Apocalypse hits and Soul of the Forge should preferably take the Apocalypse hit and Beetle will easy kill Math. Otherwise it should be a pretty waterproof strategy. It has worked for me 10 out of 10 so far for me. (Thanks to Gráinne for making the strategy better with some good advice!) |

Actually you need 3 elemental pets with Photosynthesis and Sunlight. Battle'll be a little long but has stable winning result.

You can use 3 Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling, then second pet can never come or use any pet with Decoy + any strong ability.

Low cost strat, working but rng heavy depending on the enemy misses due to Stench.

Strong in this battle the RNG is, but it wasn't a problem.
Your current Turn 3 requires (minimal) functioning brain cells on the part of the player, so someone may complain about it. I suppose you could lay it out script-style; personally, I wouldn't bother.
The one actual surprise I had was against Math, when Whirling Gears swapped the Soul out. I had forgotten about that bit. I think you should add a comment that in that case, just swap the Soul back in again.
I'm not sure how to grade the strat. I think it's not quite straight enough for a 5, but it looks solid, and if the player is half-awake it's not confusing. Call it a 4. :)

Of course, no matter what you write in a strat, we are guaranteed that SOMEONE will misread it. :) We just have to deal with that.
