Thank you for letting me know! I've updated the strategy, and even with the complete randomness from the Sim, it's showing as a 100% success rate with the new one ^^

First attempt at this failed after 17 rounds. I was mindlessly spamming my auto-battle button while watching a show and only noticed nothing was happening when my Elekk Plushie was the last one alive on my team.

EDIT: Second attempt I won, but only just. All enemy pets + my 2 first pets were dead by round 17, and it took 2m 1s. (edited)
