Other strategies didn't work, my pet kept dying. So I decided to try a more offensive team, to do enough damage to kill those evil sharks before they do.
I hope it can help ! I'm not sure if it could work without Neither Faerie Dragon SS breed. I thelps a lot that it strike first. And it may be pretty RNG but well.. this shark team is RNG ! |

you need to get stunned while surge of power is recovering or the timing wont work. blood in the water needs to miss and nether faerie dragon needs to hit 2 or 3 blades, if it hits 1 it just dies. And finally you have a 50/50 shot who goes first with chrominius vs Maws Jr.
I'm 10 tries in so far and got to the chrominius coin-flip three times, once with tarecgosa alive with single-digit HP
