There is a chance to lose this, as Grubbs, or the alternatives might die before doing enough damage to 2 and/or 3rd enemy. In these cases, eventually Elekk would be switched in, in which case quit.
If you have safe teams for the other three, you should do this first and just restart if it fails. |

Any Ruby Droplet should work, it was so easy with mine.
Credit for this strat belongs to mzBKworm on Wowhead Comments. https://www.wowhead.com/npc=71931/taran-zhu#comments I tried moths and it did not work, checked wowhead comments and found his/her strat, worked BEAUT! |

The RNG in this fight is horrendous! after trying many many many different types of teams, and many many many different moth teams, and getting extremely frustrated and ready to give up...
FINALLY! A changed the priority, and relief from some of the RNG ,... i used Cocoon Strike, then Moth Dust, filling with Alpha strike... The moths that did it for me were S/B Ashwing Moth and S/S Grey Moth. The first time i used this team i had success. |

Not sure if doable with other breeds of Blood Boil, but it's very useful to outspeed the entire team. Could possibly substitute the blood boil for similar pets (i.e., tanky with sustain and undead damage), such as the Ruby Droplet.
Swap to Elekk Plushie when hit by CC (stun or blind), then swap back with Itchin' for a Stitchin' EXCEPT during round 2, when you switch to the Blood Boil because Yen will Feign Death on the next round. Prioritize Call Darkness > Nocturnal Strike -> Quills on the bird and Plagued Blood > Drain Blood > Diseased Bite on the Blood Boil. |

Thankyou to the person in the comments who talked about using the Northern Hawk Owl that inspired this. I had no luck with so many others (I can't see your name but feel free to claim it :)).
It was difficult to map it turn by turn but seems to work fairly consistently so you can take your sweet little Elekk Plushie on an adventure <3 |

PP Yellow Moth might not be required, but my Yellow Moth solo'd this entire fight. Never had to use the Amber Moth. Got lucky with 2 sleep procs on Moth Dust, but I imagine without, the 2nd moth will finish the fight.

Northern Hawk Owl PS - 1 1 1
Crow SS - 2 2 2 -- a Raven would work for either if you dont have I guess
And the elekk as above
Call darkness and strike then fill till swop on CD, if they are very low and normal filler will kill them keep call and strike for next.

darkness
Noct Strike
savage talon. Keep using savage talon until Noct and darkness come off CD. Go until your owl is dead. This should kill 1 and a half of the opponents team.
Bring in Gilnean Raven - Nevermore.
Use darkness on CD, and alpha strike until the other team is dead.
Works perfectly!
