DragonsAfterDark: Because the OP has been absent for several months, the strategy has been adjusted to reflect changes to Shattered Defenses. This included adding a breed restriction to the Anklerender, adjusting the moves for each enemy, adding a new tdScript to reflect the changes, & resetting the ratings. There may be room for crits to upset the strategy. I logged it, but haven't done the arithmetic. Did you notice any crits? I received one minor crit from an Acidic Goo DoT tick, but that was the only crit.
My Crab did - just - survive to get its Blood in the Water off, but according to the strat that isn't necessary. I can see that an earlier crit, bigger than the tick I got, would have killed the Crab first.
And Ikky killed Skimmer before Skimmer got his Pump off.
Maybe, if the Crab dies before Blood, Ikky's Flock doesn't have the horsepower since the nerf in Shadowlands to take down Mollus and get Skimmer in kill range? Maybe in that case, Ikky would need to spend all three rounds to kill Mollus, leaving it one round behind. 624 damage vs 128 + 3*179? Could be. I'd need to test again, retrying until my Fen Crab sufffered a bigger crit.

Turn 1) Spiny Carapace, Confusing Sting; Crab at 1607 hp
Turn 2) Rip, Glowing Toxin; Crab at 1472 hp, Skyshaper at 1347 hp
Turn 3) Blood in the Water, Slicing Winds. Crab at 823 hp, Skyshaper at 516 hp.
Turn 4) Rip, Slicing Winds. Crab at 192 hp, Skyshaper at 207 hp.
Turn 5) Slicing Winds, Skyshaper kills Fen Crab. Skyshaper still has 78 hp.
That was actually the best result; the other two attempts Skyshaper had over 200 hp. I have an H/H Crab, maybe that's the problem?
