Edit: I just checked your collection and your Crimson Spore is showing as uncommon. It will need to be upgraded to rare for this strat to work. (edited)

Explode round + level pet standby round:
Explode 690 + Toxin 2x131 + Breath (+Beast) DOT 2x 55 = 1062
Explode 690 + Toxin 2x131 + Breath DOT 2x 44 = 1040
I could actually probably increase it but I am presuming I put it at 1040 incase you get those rare situations where you've been crit and beast mode doesn't activate (Low roll, then high crit).

Now onto calculating damage done:
Presuming all crits (Toxin can't crit) and put into beast mode the most you can do is 1092 meaning the lowest you can get it's health down to at the end of round 3 is 1100.
Side note: Arcantus doesn't have the damage to kill you in 2 rounds even with all crits
Meaning by the start of round 5 it may be low enough (another 175-214) where you could potentially skip the alternative steps but you should still win anyway due to earlier calculations (It would also use Blinding poison round 4 in theory).
