After searching (even on Wowhead) I am still unclear on how to acquire this battle pet. Any clues that would help? I don't know what SYMBOL ppl are referring to in order to identify this goblin on our in-game map. A picture would be helpful. Thx in advance. :)

I'm afraid you can't get it now. It was a drop from a one-time Diablo-related World Event in 2023.

Until then, as the description also says. Baa'l and Death Seeker also have the Murder the Innocent ability which is what Baa'lial is mostly used for,

Seems to drop quite readily on the event. 1 only allowed and not cageable - however, it can be traded with another member of your group if they do not want it (just like normal loot in dungeons)
