The idea for Little Blue is to use Smoke Bomb, Blinding Powder, & Dodge to avoid the speed debuff.
Also, keep in mind that 2/3 of the enemy pets do strong damage against your team, so you may need a couple of restarts, or skip this one for the Critter achievement. |

There is an element of RNG to this fight, but less than the rabbit/cockroach approach.
