I agree with most of the other commenters & found that starting with a fox makes this fight much easier. Xu-Fu is great as a finisher if you don't have many beasts with magic attacks (like me).

Alpine Foxling or other fox with (2,1,1)
Crouch + Scratch until Spirit dies.

Zandalari Anklerender (2,1,2)
Black Claw + Hunting Party kills Quill easily. Pass Fethyr's Liftoff & drop a Black Claw on him before he kills the raptor.

Xu-Fu, Cub of Xuen (1,2,2)
Prowl + Moonfire should 1-shot Fethyr. If it doesn't then just Spirit Claw him until he dies.

Fox definitely needs to be attacking first for it to work, so make sure your fox is part S. My SB fox with 305 speed worked fine for this.

This was a breeze with alpine fox with crouch and flurry to kill first pet then dazzling dance to boost team speed followed by Zandalari anklerender with black claw and hunting party to kill 2nd pet then Feline familiar with stoneskin and onyx bit to kill 3rd pet

After having bad RNG or whatever with both alternatives, this worked first try ,After the 2nd pet went down, I let the anklerender take the lift-off to the face then prowl , onyx bite and 1 shot the 3rd pet. thanks

I didn't have a Cinder Pup or Feline Familiar capped, and I didn't have a Vengeful Porcupette capped, so I had to improvise a bit, and combined the two strategies.

I started out with a Summit Kid (2, 1, 2). Chew > Stampede (both #1 pets die).

Then I swapped in the Zandalari Anklerender (2, 1, 2). Black Claw > Hunting Party (Quillino dies).

Fethyr comes in, uses Lift-Off, I use Black Claw and miss, Lift-Off resolves, Anklerender dies, and I bring in Xu-Fu. Prowl > Moonfire (Fethyr dies).

I modified this strat a little bit because I didn't have the porcupette.

Instead of it, I used a Cinder Pup (2/1/2) and modified Xu Fu skills to (1/2/2) so I can use Prowl + Moonfire to oneshot Fethyr.

Turn 1 Black Claw
Turns 2+3 Hunting Party
Turn 4 Pass - both active pets die

Bring in Cinder Pup, Bredda activates Quillino
Turn 1 Immolation
Turn 2 Howl
Turn 3+ Flame breath until Cinder pup dies

Bring Xu Fu
Turn 1+ Spirit claws to finish off Quillino
It shouldn't take longer than 1-2 turns.

Fethyr comes in
Turn 1 Prowl
Turn 2 Moonfire - Fethyr dies

After many, many fails, tries to use another pet, etc, I can say one thing – please don't blame anyone for a failure. The RNG is really, really influencial during this fight.
I think, however, that I've found a way to overcome the meaniest part of it – using Dreadmaw (2, 2, 2) instead of Xu-Fu (:<):
1-2. Burrow
3. Flame Breath
4. Deep Burn
5. Flame Breath – the DoT should finish Quillino even though Dreadmaw dies aswell.
Also, the VP part contains a thing to change – a Powerball should precede these Spirit Spikes, because these work better against Thrash that is cast a bit later.

Devouring Maggot (H/H) 1/1/1
Zandalari Anklerender (P/B) 2/2/2
Xu-Fu (P/P) 1/2/2

Open with Acidic Goo then Chomp down the mask. Get a Goo off on Quillino as it will then die. Bring in the dino and Black Claw/Hunting Party to kill it. Fethyr's Dive will finish offthe poor dino. Bring in Xu-Fu, use Prowl then Moonfire and you should be victorious.

I didn't have devouring maggot, even though grubs have the same move set it wouldn't work for me. I used alpine foxling (s/s) instead. Crouch, flurry till you're gonna die on the next attack then dazzling dance. Anklerender takes care of the second pet with just black claw and hunting party due to the speed boost. Swap straight to Xu-fu when Fethyr comes in.

If your dino gets blinded then the first pass of hunting party will ALL miss and you need to restart fight. This battle is just too RNG to have any success without luck.

If you switch Xu-Fu's initial order to Spirit Claws -> Prowl -> Feed, then you're guaranteed that Feed will hit since you won't be blind. You then continue with Spirit Claws.

For the second strat I didn't have Vengeful Porcupette so I swapped in my Spectral Porcupette (2,1,2) and also started with Xu-Fu first (same move sets as above).

Followed MuffinManKen's suggestion of Spirit Claws > Prowl > Feed, doing it this way Xu-Fu lived and I got to put a little damage down on Quillino. I used Spirit Claws until Xu died.

Brought in Zandalari Anklerender followed the same steps as above. This was a little RNG based but hopefully you'll get lucky and your Anklerender will live to see Fethyr. If so Pass > Leap > Blackclaw at this point Anklerender should be dead if not just use any ability until dead.

Spectral Porcupette as long as Fethyr isn't going to use fly (or whatever it's called) use Spectral Spine (this will hopefully blind him, it's not 100% and I did have to do the fight again if it didn't blind him) > Spectral Strike > Powerball if needed.

As a side not my Porcupette was lvl 21 so I'm positive you'll get better results with a max lvl Porcupette.

I just Swapped Xufu and Zandalari places, and using the same skill sequences and got thru first 2 pets with no RNG margin :) I was having bad RNG on Xufu with the blind debuff screwing up the fight

If Xufu dies only 1 round before Quilino dies, just finish him off with the Porcupette. When Fethyr comes in wait until after the lift off, then use Spirit Spikes, this will kill Fethyr when he uses Thrash.

If you miss on turn 2 of Xu-Fu just quit and start over because you die every time. Whats happening is that damn 50% miss debuff is going to ruin the fight.
