I tested a lot of different rabbits, and the speed and power levels listed above are enough to ensure that your bunny is always able to kill Lil' Spirit Guide with a single Kratzen in Round 5. Other rabbits can work, but don't reliably survive to soak the blind later in the fight. Thankfully, rabbits are easy to come by. All breeds of Nexuswelpling and Sturmgeborener Welpling will usually win with this strategy. However, there is an edge case where if you get a very low damage roll on your first volley of Mana Surge, you can fail to trigger the Dragonkin racial and die to a lucky crit string from Feathyrs. This seems to still work for Shadowlands pre-patch, although with the obnoxious hit debuff I can see it still being pretty RNG. Also have only ran it once since pre-patch so may have been lucky.

Didnt have a high Tranquill Yeti , instead i used a lvl 24 Sunreaver Micro-Sentry (112) as last pet (and maxed him out in this fight).
Turn 1 : Extra plating

copied this strat from hazelnutty on wowhead. the leveling pet must have 500 hp, 300 hp if aquatic, 800 hp if humanoid; level 20 if you want this fight to always succeed.

This did work for me, but my frog died too early because it was slower than quillino, so then my MPD died too early, and my lvl 16 pet had to finish off the bird. Somehow I still won, but only barely.

Mojo also works as a frog here as it has same stats as the Wood Frog.

Also, there is some RNG with getting blinded and missing too much, so it doesn't always work on first try.

I used the two first setups combined. So, Iron starlette (111)and mechanical pandaren
(112) dragonling with the bombng run tip as displayed below by Geki. And for the third pet, I used emerald proto whelp (222) from the second team.

Any reason not to use Ion Cannon on the last fight? It took me three rounds of Metal Fist (partly because of the timing of Fethyr's heal), but one Ion Cannon would have ended it.

If your Dragonling's Breaths get Quillino to or below 148 health, you can finish him off with Bombing Run and the bomb will land and hit Fethyr for some free damage you wouldn't have otherwise gotten.

I used a Clockwork Gnome instead of Tranquil Mechanical Yeti here and it worked just fine using turrets + metal fist. If you can get another Bombing Run out of the Dragonling you'll be in especially good shape but I figure the Gnome could have finished off Fethyr.

I did the same with the Clockwork Gnome 1/1/1. Didn't get off a bombing run so did Build Turret/Repair/Build Turret/Metal Fist and was never in any real danger.

Your strat works great; I also did this fight several times with an Emperor Crab (1,2,2). Nexus Whelpling (2,2,2), and Arcane Eye (2,2,2). Use crab against spirit guide and let it take the porcupine’s first big hit or the spirit guide will kill your whelp. Usu crab rotation: Whirlpool, snap, heal, snap to end, Then Nexus Whelpling - Arcane Storm then Mana Surge. Finish with Arcane Eye's Mana Surge.

If you do not have a Tranquil Mechanical Yeti, A Tiny Snowman is a viable substitute. It also has Call Blizzard. I didnt have to use anything after that as the Fethyr had died.

Wenn ein Kampf verloren geht, ist es meist deshalb weil die Taktik falsch ist, oder der Benutzer zu dumm, um zu lesen.
Diese Taktik ist sauber, was die Wahl etwas eng macht...

	Thordros#1784	This fight stinks for leveling pets. I just want to get the world quest done and get outta here. This strategy foregoes the inclusion of a leveling pet in favour of eliminating the randomness of Quillino's Spektralstachel blinding your team. I tested a lot of different rabbits, and the speed and power levels listed above are enough to ensure that your bunny is always able to kill Lil' Spirit Guide with a single Kratzen in Round 5. Other rabbits can work, but don't reliably survive to soak the blind later in the fight. Thankfully, rabbits are easy to come by. All breeds of Nexuswelpling and Sturmgeborener Welpling will usually win with this strategy. However, there is an edge case where if you get a very low damage roll on your first volley of Mana Surge, you can fail to trigger the Dragonkin racial and die to a lucky crit string from Feathyrs.
