There is a breed limitation on this it cannot be done with a PP Nether Faerie Dragon I tried 5 times and failed to kill Coach before Coach killed Nether Faerie Dragon. Swapped to my SS Sprite Darter Hatchling, I had no problem.

I am so VERY sad that it has gotten too annoying and difficult to use your site. I hope this is a temporary situation and the entity that provides your ads can come up with a better method than what they are doing now.
It does not work to be following the information at the top of the page and continuously be ported to the video at the bottom of the page. I can't even finish setting up my team without being ported to the ad.
I hate the fact that I am going to have to go back to hunting thru WowHead.

Thank you for this! One minor tweak to increase damage - on turns 1 + of Nexus Whelpling, you wrote, "Tail Sweep until your Nexus Whelpling dies." However, your Arcane Storm is finished cooling down, and a second application while the first Arcane Storm is active provides more damage than Tail Sweep. I got Sir Murkeston down to 111 health with Nexus Whelpling following your guide and making that one small change. Thank you for doing the hard part and figuring out the overall strategy.

Just did this with a level 20 Nexus Whelpling in the 3rd spot instead of Chrominius...After the first 2 died, it was just my lvl 20 and Sir Murk...I hit Arcane Storm and Mana Surge and Sir Murk was dead on the first hit of Mana Surge...being the Pet Battle Bonus Exp weekend, I jumped that lvl 20 to 25 just wearing my hat :)

My strategy for this used Sprite Darter Hatchling (2,2,1) and 2 x Chrominus (1,1,2)

With sprite use Moonfire, then life exchange. Coach comes in. Pass then Arcane blast x 2.
Coach dead.
Murk comes in. Use Moonfire. Sprite dies. Foe comes in.
Bring in chrominus. Howl and Surge of Power, Foe dead.
Chrominus dies.
2nd chrominus comes in. Bite x 2 then Surge of Power. [Or Bite, Howl, Surge of power]. [or even just howl, surge of power but not tested it]

Yu'la 1/2/2 and Nether Faerie Dragon P/P 2/2/1
(P/P breed= important, also didnt have S/S but this might just fck up dmg and all fight when i think about it now)

Celestial Blessing -> Life Exchange,

Bird comes, swap to Nether Faerie Dragon -> Moonfire -> Arcane Blast, Bird is dead

vs Murloc -> Nether Faerie Dragon - Life Exchange again :D (he is like (??) mrglrglmrglmrrrlggg)

now vs Dragon -> Arcane Blast -> Moonfire -> 2x Arcane Blast (your Nether Faerie Dragon should be very low)

Swap to Yu'la Breath, Dragon is dead

vs Murlock, Breath (Yu'la dies)

Nether Faerie Dragon -> Moonfire (now he buffs himself instead of killing u, such a noob troll... :O ) -> Arcane blast, done! lol.

Hello, I've tested your tip using either P/P or H/P breeds of NFD. I need to tell that RNG gave my enemies so much crits in very inappropriate moments that it was truly Evil! :P Don't worry, I have a lot of bandages.

The H/P breed had obviously more benefits form Life Exchange but the Greatest Foe part became very RNGy due to playing with Breath's random damage window (from both parties, notabene, unless the racial turns on).
I didn't manage to test P/P such deeply, but the Foe's RNG seemed indeed dealt with better (though take care of its Healing Flame! >.<), and the Murloc didn't actually had a time to buff himself – he was still stunned with < 150 HP. :)

In neither of cases I can see an opportunity to fit a levelling pet despite the stuns.

So well, your method is nice, and I like how you essentially mock the murloc. ;) Still, that is isn't a stuff for everyone, with both a breed factor and the Yu'la's presence.

The Sprite comes in only 1 breed, S/S, and its stats are 276 power, 309 speed. I think they were using other breeds to get more power, which can mean less speed. If you want to have a speedy back-up to your Sprite you might want to farm for a S/S Nether Faerie Dragon. It has the same 276 Power but has a 325 Speed.

I was missing one pet from each strategy, the Nether Faerie Dragon and the Deathtalon Whelpguard, so I combined them. I used emerald proto-whelp as per strategy 2 until it died, at which point I switched to the nexus whelpling and used strategy 1 from then on out. They line up exactly so your proto-whelp should die right when the Faerie dragon would have.

I feel that this strategy is flawed. Sir Galveston starts with Sir Murkeston, who will do Falling Murloc as his first move. This is increased damage against dragons. If you follow the strategy above, the sprite darter is hit for 1098 (crits will kill the sprite darter) on the first turn. Moonfire will hit Coach, and then Coach will kill the darter on the second attack.

If instead you dodge the falling murloc, the whole rotation is incorrect. This needs updating imho.

It's far from flawed, I did it exactly as stated and always ended up able to Howl + SoP 5/5 times. Yeah, RNG helps with not getting crit at all for your first two pets. But RNG is a factor in MOST pet battles.

It works sometimes. First time Chrominius had to finnish Greatest Foe, and then he just died in the next round, second time I almost killd everyone witht 2 pets (just one bite from Chrominius was needed to finnished the fight). It's a weak strategy for me, to much depends on luck.

I swapped the Nether Faerie Dragon for a Sprite Darter Hatching, and his increased speed let him get an extra hit on Murkeston. This means my Nexus Whelpling killed both of the last two pets with his surge. Great strat!
