In most matches this is the best pet to start the fight with since Fumi Tossici buffs the other two pets. Anomalus' strength lies within the great synergies of it's own abilities. Fumi Tossici has a huge value; it is a buff to almost every other ability in this team. Once this weather is active you should apply Protocollo Velenoso. After that you could swap to one of the other pets if you think you can bring Anomalus back in later and use this combo again.

Often times you could also start with this pet. It doesn't rely on the weather to be powerful and if your opponent has no counter against it right at the beginning it will deal significant damage to the enemy team and punishes swapping. Ferita Crudele can be used before Zanna Velenosa when the weather is active. If it's not try to maintain Zanna Velenosa on the active enemy pet and follow it up with Feromoni. Sometimes you'd want to time Ferita Crudele to hit when your beast racial is active.
