Not sure where to write it so it goes there…

Reaping Hook is stupidly overpowered considering standard base 50 abilities have 5 round CD + a punishment, and forced swap is not something to be taken lightly.

Compared to other examples of power creep it's just another 'whatever' I guess. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
