Iron Starlette will get swapped in instead of Lil' Bling.
I used a 111 Blue Clockwork Rocket Bot with 1400 hp. This worked out on my first tries no matter which pet got swapped in.

This strategy was successful in the Shadowlands pre-patch but due to the nerf to Inflation the final Batter on Turn 8 did not kill Shadeflicker but it did get him down to ~150 HP before he Dodged. To fix this I simply brought in the almost-dead Lil' Bling and let him absorb an attack and then switched back to Cogblade Raptor who was then fast enough to finish him off with Batter.
