it's not a perfect strategy but i was able to do this strategy a more than a dozen times in a row successfully. just when you think it is going to fail, it works, then another day i tried this again, it repeatedly failed, and after several fails i was able once again to get it to work a dozen times in a row... strange, dern that RNG LoL Good luck!

As indicated, there is some RNG with this strategy and you might consider try using Stoneskin instead of Sandstorm (although it's damage is huge).

Tried it 6 times. The closest I got was Mind Warper has 140 hp left and I have 600+, one more hit. Mind Warper goes first. Crit with 600+. Runt dies. =(

As mentioned below, the Kun-Lai Runt seems to be breed specific (P/S). I Personally used Void-Scarred Anubisath as Spiritfire bolt has slightly higher avg damage (332 vs 325). Also on Mind Warper I used deflection as the second ability to dodge the Darkflame, not sure if this made a huge difference. (edited)
