This will take a while, since you'll lose a hit every time he blinds you. By using Healing Wave when blind, you do manage to save a bit of time. That said, Atherton only have one attack that does damage, and it's on a long cooldown, so Healing Wave is easily able to keep up. By the time Atherton is dead, there won't be much left of the rest of his team. This will take a while, since you'll lose a hit every time he blinds you.

The SS breed Bound Stream has the advantage of 341 speed (i.e faster than Atherton) so you only lose one round to his blind.

Same strat as Lava Crab strat by DavidG but with a different, faster pet

Not every strategy can be bullet proof. This is one of them. You might have to restart it, since there are some random elements that increase the risk of your pets failing. Don't blame them, please!
This strategy is using pets obtainable from the Wow Trading Card Game (TCG) or the auction house for potentially high sums of gold.
This strategy is using pets obtainable only from the WoW In-Game Shop for Battle.net Balance or real money.
You can use this strategy to carry a low level pet to give it experience.
Some instructions are more difficult to follow than others. That's exactly what you might find in this strategy!
The strategy offers a Script that can be used with the Pet Battle Script addon. You can copy the script by clicking on the button to the left of the pets.
At least one pet in the strategy cannot be obtained anymore. If you have it, congrats!

Currently works with an SB breed as well, but a few rounds slower.

Updated:
1. Bound Stream's breed with stat restriction instead of toggle for potential future alternatives.
2. Slot 2 and 3 to any level 25 elemental as per achievement requirements.
3. Ability links for the Bound Stream's moves.

The Rematch Import string brought in my pet with Pump instead of Water Jet, which is actually good because the damage buff should reduce the number of turns needed to kill the backline pets with Tidal Wave. Here is the TD Script:
------------------------------------------------------------------------

use(Healing Wave:123) [self.hpp<100 & self.aura(Blinding Poison:1048).exists]
use(Pump:297) [!self.aura(Pumped Up:296).exists]
use(Pump:297) [enemy(#2).dead & enemy(#3).dead]
use(Tidal Wave:419)
standby
change(next)

Worked perfectly as of the 9.0.1 prepatch!

Awesome strat, worked first try. It's a rather slow fight but very easy. However, you listed Bound Stream's abilities as 2 1 2 but mention Water Jet in the detailed strat -- Water Jet is slot 1 instead of 2, which is Pump. So it should be 1 1 2. ;)
