Top priority here (unless you're facing aquatics or absorbs like sandstorm) is to get both debuffs Death and Decay and Bone Barrage onto the enemy team. They don't stick to one pet and remain even after swapping.

For funtime shenanigans put Boneshard 11x in and just get Blistering Cold on (Chop also if it is safe to do so) and switch to Son of Sethe to put plagued blood.
