This is a tough battle, Critter vs. Beast but this strategy is safe and RNG free, though it will be tough due to the opponents being heavily stacked against your Critters!

That said, we manage to deal good damage to Delta via Woodchipper and Nut Barrage -both of which leave DOTs, all aided by a speed boost from Adrenaline Rush. Your Shy Bandicoon will finish up against Delta with Powerball and Tongue Lash. Finally, your Fawn (or variant) will even up the odds, casting Nature's Ward changing itself into the Elemental state thus giving it enough longevity to finish off Little Blue with Headbutt and Hoof.

A tdbattlescript is supplied and tested.

Low XP
At least one of the pets for this strategy require the use of a specific breed.
RNG
Not every strategy can be bullet proof. This is one of them. You might have to restart it, since there are some random elements that increase the risk of your pets failing. Don't blame them, please!
This strategy is using pets obtainable from the Wow Trading Card Game (TCG) or the auction house for potentially high sums of gold.
This strategy is using pets obtainable only from the WoW In-Game Shop for Battle.net Balance or real money.
You can use this strategy to carry a low level pet to give it experience.
Some instructions are more difficult to follow than others. That's exactly what you might find in this strategy!
Script
The strategy offers a Script that can be used with the Pet Battle Script addon. You can copy the script by clicking on the button to the left of the pets.
At least one pet in the strategy cannot be obtained anymore. If you have it, congrats!
A Strategy Curator found this strategy to be especially helpful and higlighted it with this tag to give it more exposure.

"RNG free" Yet uses Tongue Lash and Headbutt
Then there's trying to get hits down during Sandstorm, you can get all the way to this point and think you might make it only to get miss after miss.

Unless this is very breed specific, it doesn't work.

I managed to beat it by using the first 2 pets from this strategy, make sure the beaver survives till the last pet to take the first sandstorm blow and then instead of using a fawn I used Cobbleshell (1,2,1) being as it has a magic ability and it gobbled up the last pet, even has a stupidly big heal in case you need it too.

This strat didn't work for me at all. My S/S Squirrel survived to hit Woodchipper twice on pet #1, then my B/B Tanuki Kit nearly finished off Pet #2 (enemy had 4 HP left). My H/S fawn used Hoof to finish Pet #2, but then wasted Headbutt against Pet #3's cocoon, and could barely do any damage at all.

This fight is breed specific, My Grizzly Squirrel (SS), Shy Bandicoon (PS) and Fawn (HS) were all dying too early and Whiplash was at 1/2 hp at the end of the fight. Since speed buffs (Adrenaline Rush and Powerball) are being used, speed breeds are actually at a disadvantage in this fight. It is important that the 1st pet live long enough to refresh both debuffs on Turbo. I found alt pets with more power and health and my 2nd pet made it to Whiplash and was able to get a couple of hits in. However, I could not get the 3rd pet Nature's Ward tactic to work at all. Finally I was able to win this fight with Red-Tailed Chipmunk (P/B), Masked Tanuki (B/B) and Nether Roach (S/S) using the strat as above until Whiplash comes in, then use Powerball on Whiplash until dead and when the roach comes in open with Hiss and Nether Blast until Whiplash is dead. i think it won't work when your Fawn is S/S breed, as Whiplash's Cocoon Strike will actually slow them, effectively making 2 moves wasted for you (i was just refreshing Nature's Ward 2 times, but it didn't work). I've tried 4 or 5 times. My Masked Tanuki (i.e. Bandicoon) never made it to Whiplash to use Counterstrike -- if if did make to the 3rd pet, enemy was still faster and my pet died from the 1st attack.
Fawn also seems to be highly dependent on the stun which is never happening :D

Bush Chicken as 3rd pet (2,2,1) destroyed Whiplash

Morti wrote on 2019-06-23 14:16:55

This worked for me fine - you have to refresh Nature's Ward on the fawn (while he's doing Cocoon Strike) and use headbutt when it comes up

I had more success using [Powerball] with my Bandicoon against Turbo until my Bandicoon was faster than Turbo, and then proceeded to use [Tongue Lash].

I think this strat was intended for another fight. The description even mentions enemy pets Delta and Little Blue which are encountered in the quest Pack Leader.

Essentially, the first opponent will receive ticking damage from both Woodchipper and Nut Barrage, making it an easy 2 turn finish for your Shy Bandicoon via Powerball > Tongue Lash.

Facing up against Scars, your Powerball buff persists making Tongue Lash very strong. If you are lucky, hitting 3 times with Tongue Lash, your Shy Bandicoon can progress into the third opponent.

Eventually your Shy Bandicoon dies and Fawn will enter, cast Nature's Ward immediately (you will only need one cast of it). Your priority is Headbutt > Hoof. Unless you are very unlucky, Fawn should easily finish the battle.

Moonie

wrote on 2019-03-25 23:10:25

I must be that unlucky person...2 things seemed to be the problem.
1. If my Bandicoon didn't make it to Whiplash, My Fawn would slowly but surely die.
2. While my Fawn was fighting Whiplash, it would use attacks when Cocoon Strike was about to be played, or when Silk Cocoon existed (this was also speed dependant), and then waste an opportunity to attack because Natures Ward had expired and reapplied it.

I came up with the following TD script to get around the Natures Ward issue, and added Counterstrike to the Bandicoons' attack against Whiplash for the extra damage :)

ability(Adrenaline Rush:162) [!self.aura(Adrenaline:161).exists]
ability(Nut Barrage:167)

This doesn't work, possibly the fawn needs to be a particular breed, probably high attack, as it's written the fawn just steadily loses HP at a faster rate than the enemy pet, it wasn't even close.

Perhaps if i had gotten stupid lucky with the stun from headbutt several times in a row i might have been able to do it. But after several tries i got nowhere close.

eckokitten wrote on 2019-03-07 14:14:15

This is not well written strategy. My fawn came no where close to killing the third pet.

zaftig

wrote on 2019-01-28 16:01:03

This took me 3 tries, as it's pretty dependent on RNG. The script timing didn't quite work for my fawn's headbutt as it wanted to waste it vs Whiplash's cocoon strike, so I had to more actively manage the abilities. That said, it depends a lot on headbutt stunning or not. My third try both my squirrel and bandicoon died earlier in the fight (before the 1st and 2nd enemy pets, respectively) than they had in previous attempts, but I had better luck with the stun, so my fawn was able to finish the fight with ~400hp left. Both attempts 1 & 2 had been close with the 3rd enemy pet having only 100-150hp or less when my fawn died.
