Note, this uses Arcane Storm to finish off Turbo, instead of using Arcane Blast and casting Storm against Whiplash. Still worked out okay for me.

I subbed a 25HS common erudite manafiend (111) since I didn't have a court scribe leveled. Moves were (1) arcane storm, (2)) amplify magic, (3) arcane blast (had to to do one more move because it got rooted before arcane storm could go off). Otherwise followed the same steps and it worked fine with all pets alive at the end!
