Didn't work as nicely in SL prepatch. But what Ajfree says still applies. Just keep fly by till Panda Dragon dies. Explode zepelin on the rebirth phase. Missile, Shock and Awe and then Ion Canon to finish it off.

Didn't need to swap, just kept using Flyby. Used Explode once Zepplin came back to life. Any 3rd mechanical pet should be able to finish the fight this way

This strategy works perfectly, however is written wrong on Turn 5 of your MPD. It will not die, but switch anyway.
