Since I don't have RS, I used a mashup of this strategy and all the comments :P (Iron Starlette/Robo-Chick/Timeless Mechanical Dragonling). Robo-Chick missed his chance at a big hit :x but overall the battle was still successful. (edited)

Timeless Mechanical Dragonling (1-2-1) finished the fightç I didn't even use the 3rd pet. Use Time Bomb at first round and then Decoyç Breath until it dies

iron star and robo chick (212) also did quite well, had sunreaver sentry for backup. just use the Overtune to break the cocoon, and take full advantage of the speed boost.
