I've done my best to translate the TD script into step by instructions that are readable. The basic idea is to use the Nexus Whelpling's Arcane Winds to prevent your pets from being stunned, and its Sear Magic ability to trigger the Magma Trap. This will damage the Nexus Whelpling, but your Nexus Whelpling can take the damage without issue. The Bile Larva will deal with Ruddy, and the Periwinkly Calf will take care of Wanderer. The process described at this date does not work because of Frill's Fade RNG: he has 8rounds CD but will cast it whenever he wants, then you CAN NOT pre-shot the next stun on Wanderer.

So, with these pets, you have to follow the instructions until the kill of Ruddy. Then you have to play with Frill's Fade RNG, the objectives are 1) to face Wanderer the minimum amount of time, 2) to kill him with the second apocalypse before killing Frill (because the apocalypse can't kill Wanderer if he is the only one still alive).

To play with Frill's Fade RNG: once Ruddy dead, Frill comes back, you cast the second apocalypse, and go back to your pet with heal+stun spells. Keep healing yourself and attack Frill a bit, just wait that he casts Fade, then cast your stun spell, Wanderer will be stunned 2 turns after, and Frill will come back again. Keep healing yourself and wait that he fades again, do not kill him. Once he will fade, Wanderer will be back but this time the apocalypse should arrive soon, so you have to not stun Wanderer to keep him on the field, tank his attacks with your healing spell, wait he dies from apocalypse. Then Frill's come back for a last time, you should still have 2 pets almost full hp and he should be quite low, so ez end with basic attacks.

Last edit: if you are unlucky... Frill will not Fade the last time and apocalypse will kill him, i don't know if you can avoid this situation... if you cast the stun on him 3 turns before apocalypse, he will be stun and replaced by Wanderer who will be killed by the apocalypse, but if Frill casts Fade during the load of your stun, then Wanderer will take the stun and will be replaced by Frill who will die from the apocalypse... shitty things. I just faced the case where Frill died rom apocalypse so I had to fight Wanderer with the pets, it worked but was very close. (edited)

Thank you! The other Strats were too rng for me and I was in danger of failing this dungeon run until I tried this. I used a Tol'vir Scarab for the 3rd pet.
Note that the order of event didn't match your description, but I still won. For whatever reason Wanderer was the active pet from round 24 - 28 and not Frill so things went a bit south. My void scarred Beatle died early do to the unexpected active enemy pet for those rounds, but I was able to swap to my first beetle and scratch to kill Frill in round 30. From there I survived Frill for a few rounds (used Survival) until the 2nd apocalypse hit and I won with 1st and 3rd beetle living.
Didn't go as originally planned but still won easily and most of the fight was as you noted with done with confidence. (edited)

I've done my best to translate the TD script into step by instructions that are readable. The basic idea is to use the Nexus Whelpling's Arcane Winds to prevent your pets from being stunned, and its Sear Magic ability to trigger the Magma Trap. This will damage the Nexus Whelpling, but your Nexus Whelpling can take the damage without issue. The Bile Larva will deal with Ruddy, and the Periwinkly Calf will take care of Wanderer. The strategy works with 1 lovebird, but the script won't work in this case. Pheromones' going to have lower uptime and the bird'll need more healing. The fight is going to last even longer.
