Well, after the negative comments from other users, I thought this might fail but I was wrong. I have the required breeds and speeds, and this strat worked the first time with no problem, perhaps the RNG gods smiled upon me this time. Thank you to the OP for posting it :)

Strat needs a tweak. Call darkness does nothing when sandstorm immediately follows it and you miss your nocturnal strike.

The issue is that Tiny Cragling is Elemental.
they ignore all negative weather effects. Darkness is a weather effect so it will not get blinded. Making Nocturnal strike still only have a small chance to hit and super RNG based.
