This strategy worked for me on the very first attempt! However, on further attempts it appear a very lucky crit on Lazy to begin with as well as rolling 300+ damage on Tesla Canon was the reason for this. But, that still makes it possible.
However, if Winston dies, you should be around the last pet, Skeeto, and any other level 25 humanoid should do the trick then :) As a backup, Winter's Helper would do great wonders at finishing Skeeto if RNG is not in your favor. :D (As pointed out by DragonsAfterDark) Script thanks to Begija |

Off the top of my head, the values could each be lowered by exactly 1 for health, speed and power on both pets.

I don't use scripts myself, but PetSim says that your strat has a 100% win rate using this script:

Ranishu Runt has only one breed: P/P
Void-Scarred Anubisath has only one breed: H/H
so you can remove the stat restrictions entirely if you don't allow substitutions.
As you have the stat restrictions now, no pets match your criteria, including the two you use, because as Kalagren pointed out, you are requiring every stat to be one more than those two pets actually have.
