I was surprised your info thinks I do not have the Baa'lial pet. I even did an update for my collection and you still can't see it. I wondered if you thought not all my pets are max level, even though they all are except the one I picked up today, because maybe somehow you count all the companions including those that cannot battle? but to miss a pet I have that happened to be currently loaded on the team in my rematch addon?

Sorry I'm not sure what is happening to your account, your Rematch or your personally. Can you explain it to me again like I am an 8 year old?
Make sure you have logged out of the game for at least 5 minutes before trying the update to give Blizzard time to update their servers.

If that doesn't help and I can't help you in the future. I would suggest contacting @Aranesh if there is an error.

On checking out your collection here on Xu-Fu's, I see that it doesn't believe you have Baa'lial.

There could be a few reasons for this, if you have recently forced an update for your collection.

It could be that you have inadvertenty blocked access to your account at the Blizzard end, so that Blizzard is refusing to give your info. I did that once,

Also check whether any new pets you have acquired in Khaz Algar are included.
