The Enchanted Tuskling will use either Ethereal or Expunge on round 1, then use them on CD from there. If they use Expunge first this strategy will be 10 rounds. If they use Ethereal first it will be 12.

Don't have all the Iron Starlette Breeds, so I could only test the more powerful ones and therefore set a Power requirement. I prefer those with less HP.

2nd pet must be Dragon.
#3 pet must be above 288 power. Any #1 ability works; although I suggest: Punch or Stone Rush |

Had success with either a PS or PP Iron Starlette
It seems like sometimes Iron Starlette will die a round early, this doesn't change much it will just mean adding a second Scorched Earth with Firewing, and maybe a second Savage Talon to finish the fight |

I would recommend though changing Turn 3 to use Flame breath with TMD and then Armageddon. Continue from step 5.
This should allow less chances of OWW dying early but does present the risk of double crit killing Tusk, and then more crits causing OWW to die (about 0.5%) and you'd still be able to kill the Frog, just will take a couple of rounds.
Because the risk is so small you can remove Wild winds from the #3 pet opening Crimson Skipper as an alt.
Now while I was looking at it, I looked up different breeds (I had a power restriction of 288+) as that will have a direct kill on Frog, though if you didn't and because you have the speed, just means you use Peck until within kill range.
I'd still recommend someone focus on the power breeds but this way you could potentially get rid of the power restriction if you wanted.
The downside; I got 1:10 with it, so not sure if it's a second slower or just off timing but I thought I should mention it :p
Anyway here is the script:
standby [round=2]
use(Armageddon:1025) [round=4]
use(Time Bomb:602)
use(Razor Talons:2237) [!enemy.aura(Razor Talons:2238).exists]
use(Armageddon:1025) [self.aura(Dragonkin:245).exists]
if [enemy(#3).active]
use(453) [self.power>308 & enemy.hp<1111]
use(453) [self.power>291 & enemy.hp<1054]
use(453) [self.power>288 & enemy.hp<1043]
--Above powers instant kill Frog
use(453) [self.power>272 & enemy.hp<989]
use(Sandstorm:453) [enemy.hp<946]
endif
use(#1)
change(next)

Strat went from ~15% greater than 9 rounds to
0.1% greater than 9 rounds.
