This relies on having enough combined health between your first two pets that two Explodes will deal with whatever is left over after pet 1 has hit him with Wind-Up. I've only verified this with an H/P Dibbler, since that's the only breed I have. Other breeds may work, but will most likely require a pet in slot 2 with more health. Likewise, you may be able to drop in other pets with Wind-Up and Explode, e.g. an Iron Starlette, or a Pocket Cannon using Cannon Shot in place of Wind-Up. Just experiment to see how much health he has after the Wind-Up / Explode sequence, multiply that by 2.5, and that's the minimum health needed on your second pet. Reliable 9.1, fight takes 28s. During pet battle week you can level a blue or green pet to 25 with 4 fights. (Faster that the Iron Starlette strategy which levels two blue pets to 25 in 9 fights, each of which takes 35s.) Testing done with safari hat and food buffs, but note that prev levelling I've done with hat only, gave the same result.

Battle Andurs only so the quest doesn't complete so you can repeat the fight for levelling purposes. (edited)
