I was able to do this a couple times with Court Scribe and Creeping Tentacle

Turn 1 - curse of doom
Turn 2 - swap to creeping tentacle
Turn 3 - creeping insanity
Turn 4 - swap to sharptalon
Turn 5+ - Falconsaur Swarm!

Remember - your Falconsaur doesn't need to survive to get credit.

I used Lesser Voidcaller and Blood Boil to do this:
Turns 1-6 follow the strategy above, with Lesser Voidcaller instead of Nightmare Bell, bring in Blood Boil when Sharptalon Hatchling dies.
Turn 7-8 - Diseased Bite
Turn 9 Drain Blood
Turn 10 Diseased Bite
