I tossed in a Crouch before Falcosaur Swarm! which helped with the Snowfeather's survivability, then did a Falcosaur Swarm! after Predatory Strike. Even with using Crouch first I still needed an additional Falcosaur Swarm! after Predatory Strike.

Worked with an additional Falcosaur Swarm! on Turn 10. The Snowfeather died, but I think I got quest credit.
