Qiraji Guardling can be found near The Scarab Wall and The Scarab Dais in the southwest area of Silithus ONLY during the Summer (Starts spawning: June 21, Stops spawning: September 23).

The Qiraji Guardling comes in many breeds, but you definitely want an S/S breed.

The 325-speed S/S has Blackout Kick as its signature move, preventing a big hit, or simply gaining a round to smash the opposition with Sandstorm.

Typically, in both PvE and PvE, the objective will be to use Blackout Kick as effectively as possible if the enemy strategy is known, or at the start to get the most out of the cooldown. Then Sandstorm, and Crush until Blackout Kick and Sandstorm are available again.

I am in the area at the supposed appropriate time not a soul in sight but also not a pet in sight. Is there a timer spawn on these guys?

This is a Summer-only pet. It stops spawning on September 23.

I'm afraid you're out of luck until next June.
