Additional Information for 2025:

Portals spawn every 60 minutes on the hour, and an icon of the Portal location appears on the Stormwind, Orgrimmar, and Dornogal maps if you're in that zone.

Portals abound in the Undermine, but spawning times and locations are a bit different. Killing any Undermine rare has a chance to trigger a Portal spawning a Treasure Goblin.

Treasure Goblins have gotten word that great loot can be nabbed in the Liberation of Undermine raid—defeat certain bosses, and there's a chance that it will trigger a Portal to spawn.

If that isn't enough, try to survive the Portal Storms! At the quarter-hour every hour, a Portal Storm can spawn another five Portals. Not only are these Portals enhanced with additional Affixes, but they each have a chance to hand-deliver pesky Treasure Goblins for even more chances to grab loot. So, keep an eye on your map for the icon to lead you where you need to go.

After searching (even on Wowhead) I am still unclear on how to acquire this battle pet. Any clues that would help? I don't know what SYMBOL ppl are referring to in order to identify this goblin on our in-game map. A picture would be helpful. Thx in advance. :)

But as the description says above, it might come to the Trading Post.

Until then, as the description also says. Baa'l and Death Seeker also have the Murder the Innocent ability which is what Baa'lial is mostly used for,

Seems to drop quite readily on the event. 1 only allowed and not cageable - however, it can be traded with another member of your group if they do not want it (just like normal loot in dungeons)
